Sunshine Properties Tenerife provides a Tenerife estate agents service across the island. Sunshine Properties owners, Karen and Mark Rushe, were originally from Preston in Lancashire and moved to Tenerife in 1997. Originally we successfully owned a confectionery business distributing throughout the Canary Islands before moving on to work in the Tenerife Estate Agents business.Now being proud parents of two children Alex and Alicia we enjoy the sunshine and relaxed lifestyle. We decided to set up our own Tenerife estate agents, having ourselves been subjected to pressurized sales, know it all salesmen and being abandoned after a purchase. We base a lot of our core business on our UK Estate Agents experience, providing the superior standards expected in the U.K. Our focus is to offer a very friendly, supportive, family based Tenerfie estate agents. The business is based in Torviscas, Playa de las Americas.
Working together as a couple, We will accompany you on viewings at your convenience and can arrange for a childminder if you have children with you. We ensure our clients receive high quality, clear, property information that you understand.

Karen has many years experience working for tour operators with an extensive knowledge of flights and property rentals in Tenerife
